Job Summary:

MRD Innovations is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support our marketing research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to help drive data-driven marketing decisions. Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  1. Project Planning & Execution
    •Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    •Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
    •Ensure project goals align with business and client expectations.
  2.  Team Coordination & Leadership
    •Lead cross-functional teams, including market researchers, analysts, and marketing professionals.

  3. Budget & Resource Management
    •Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing research or related industries.
•Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
